Joe Kubisch, Chief of Operations (where the rubber meets the road), responsibilities include oversight of all day to day operations. Self proclaimed fishing god, and off road junkie with over 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Proud father, grandfather and mentor to many a young man over the years. Abilities include: leaping tall buildings in a single bound, controlling countless numbers of plumbers and answering customer questions with experience and knowledge. Faults include: picking out thoughtful gifts for my wife’s birthday or Christmas.

Matt Mosey, Lead Technician

Matt has 15 years of plumbing experience with in the Greater Orlando area. He is known for professionalism, customer care, and getting the job done in a timely and effective manor. Proud father and devoted husband. Matt also bring a cheerful , positive uplifting attitude to his fellow employees.

Shamir Patel, Creative Director

Creative Director for Social Media, Marketing and Branding for all things AquaFi. Shamir brainstorms new ways to market plumbing to Gen Y consumers by throwing darts at ideas against the wall. He uses his 10 plus years in Commercial / Hotel Construction, Renovation, Management and Marketing to develop those ideas. Professional Scotch taster and sender of un-Godly amounts of emails to his team at all hours of the day (someone make him stop)!

Keith Mawardi, Marketing Director

A UCF graduate and a self-proclaimed foodie, creative director Keith Mawardi has over 10 years experience in the Marketing field. Keith is responsible for establishing and implementing AquaFi’s marketing strategies and for overseeing all activities relevant to developing and maximizing the company’s image, presence and market knowledge. Keith is a highly motivated individual who is continually working to build his skill set. He is able to bake 5 minute brownie mix in 3 minutes. He also stunt doubles as the HULK, but we swear he’s nice!
Of course it was a Friday afternoon at 3pm right before check in begins and I get a call that a pipe burst in between two of our rooms on the 3rd floor. Within 30 minutes of calling Joe and Charles arrived and shut of the water to the building, dried the room and fixed the broken pipe. I had water running again by 5pm and could not be happier with their service. I feel so strongly about AquaFi that if you ever need a reference on them please reach out and ask for Charlie at the Econolodge on International Drive!

Called AquaFi to help me figure out why my water bill at my Hotel was so high. They came in and did a routine check of 2 hotel rooms, water heater room and pool pump room. He then told me about a Leak Detection service they had for a flat $275 dollars and also some trade secret techniques to save on my water bill. We ordered the Leak Detection and found multiple leaks throughout the hotel which they fixed and implemented their secret water saving tips and my bill has dropped by 25%. I would recommend everyone give them a try ... the water audit is free so you have nothing to lose!

Simply put, it is to be different. Our number one goal is to take an age old profession / industry and bring into into the Modern Era. How are we going to do that? By being transparent, listening to our customers and reaching out to consumers through modern forms of advertising. We get that this is service that you have to trust them enough to invite them into your homes. That is why we want you to see who is coming to your appointment beforehand and maybe even learn a little about him. In order to mold the best customer service related company we have to hear from you, our clients. We are going to do that by paying everyone $10 dollars to just write us a review after we have serviced their home or business. We don’t care if it is a good or bad review…we just want to hear from you and learn. Another cool thing we want to do is offer financing for water heaters for people who just can’t afford to write that $700 check out of the blue. They have been doing this in Canada for 50 plus years now and we believe it is about time we helped bare some of that initial burden for our customers.
