Central Florida Repiping With a Clear Plan

When aging plumbing starts causing leaks, low water pressure, discolored water, or repeated repairs, replacing the home’s supply piping can be a better long-term answer than chasing one problem after another.

Common signs it’s time to talk

Recurring pipe leaks • Low water pressure • Discolored water • Repeated repairs

Our approach

A Local Company Built Around Better Plumbing Decisions

AquaFi was founded by Joe Kubisch after more than a decade working on residential plumbing projects around Central Florida. Based in the Altamonte Springs area, Joe saw how often homeowners were left trying to make expensive plumbing decisions without a clear explanation of what was actually happening behind their walls.

He built AquaFi around a simple idea: give homeowners straightforward information, careful workmanship, and a plan they can understand. Our local team keeps projects organized, communicates throughout the work, and focuses on solving the underlying plumbing problem rather than simply putting another temporary patch on it.

Helpful answers

Questions homeowners ask before a repipe.

Questions homeowners ask before a repipe.

How do I know if my home needs repiping?

Frequent leaks, low water pressure, rusty or discolored water, and recurring pipe failures can all point to aging supply lines. AquaFi can evaluate the symptoms and help determine whether repiping makes sense.

How long does a whole-home repipe take?

The timeline depends on the home’s size, layout, pipe access, and the scope of the project. AquaFi explains the expected sequence and timing before work begins.

Can you find a hidden plumbing leak?

Yes. AquaFi provides leak detection to help locate suspected leaks that are not immediately visible, so you can make a confident next decision.

Is repiping better than repairing individual leaks?

It can be when a home has widespread or recurring plumbing problems. If failures are happening in multiple areas, replacing the aging piping may provide a more dependable long-term solution than repeated spot repairs.

Do you serve areas outside Altamonte Springs?

Yes. AquaFi serves communities throughout Central Florida, including the towns and cities listed in our service area. Call us to confirm service availability for your home.
